Lake George is located in Steuben County, right on the border of Indiana and Michigan. The lake is home to the international headquarters of the Inland Cat Class Sailing Association, which hosts competitive sailing races throughout the summer.

Hobart Lakefront Festival – Over 4 days, the Hobart Lakefront Festival provides a family-friendly, fun event for Lake George residents. The festival has live music, arts and crafts, a variety of activities, food vendors, and even its very own beer garden.

Pokagen State Park – Pokagen State Park, originally called Lake James State Park, is located southwest of Lake George and was one of Indiana’s first state parks. During the winter, the park offers skiing, sledding, ice fishing, and toboggan runs to all those who visit.
